Beginner Yoga & New Student Guide to Sukha Yoga Austin

Sukha Yoga is a community-focused yoga studio with 3 locations across Austin, Texas. Find us in central Austin’s Tarrytown neighborhood, just blocks from UT Austin on E MLK Blvd., and south of downtown. We offer a welcoming variety of daily heated and non-heated classes, both online and in person. Whether you're looking for the detoxifying sweat of Infrared Heated Flow, the strength of Power Vinyasa, the release of Yin & Restorative yoga, or the nervous system reset of a Meditation and Breathwork class, we have a mat waiting for you. Discover our three Austin sanctuaries in South Austin, West Austin Tarrytown, and East Austin on MLK just a few blocks east of the University of Texas (hook ‘em!).
