Twice-daily practice: Breathwork + Mantra + Sukha Flow in the mornings; sunset beach walk followed by restorative + meditation in the evenings.

Our home base: Bodhi Tree’s open-air yoga shalas, two salt-water pools, full gym, spa, and juice/coffee bar, set in Nosara’s Blue Zone jungle—minutes from Playa Guiones (walkable access).

Policies and Reminders:
Kindly note that all additional activities, tours, and spa treatments need to be booked and paid directly at the front desk. There will be time upon arrival to choose as many or as few as you would like. Including surf lessons, zip lining, incredible massages, paddle tours of mangroves, and more.
Consider purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
TRAVEL: You are Responsible for your travel to and from Liberia, Costa Rica. Transportation/Shuttle Service will be provided to and from Liberia (Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport) on the 1st day of arrival and departed date, 8th of August. The trip from Liberia to Nosara is approx 2 hours (dependent on traffic/time of day) Please arrive between 11am-2pm for shuttle and depart after 12n on final day.

All deposits are non refundable, final payments for retreats are due 12 weeks prior to start unless noted otherwise. No refunds of any amount given 120 days for retreats. Any refunds are less deposit and credit card processing fees of 4%. We understand no one books a retreat with the intention of canceling, but unexpected events do occur so please consider travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our policies as exceptions cannot be made for weather, injury, illness, or personal emergencies. No credit or refund for failure to attend or complete or leaving early.
