The Last Secret Italian Island!

Join Erinn and Mark for a week off the southern coast of Italy and Africa! Soak in the Mediterranean on the windswept island of Pantelleria. Known as the 'black pearl of the Mediterranean’ between Italy and Tunisia.

Take a moon lit dip in a heart-shaped lake in a volcanic crater, fed by rainwater and hot springs, a week of rugged luxury and heart/mind therapy!

The hidden island of Pantelleria is located 62 miles southwest of Sicily and a mere 40 miles from Tunisia, the nearby North African coastline is clearly visible from its shores, and the island's influence from its neighbor is dramatically apparent. The rough, windswept landscape with its jagged lava cliffs, is filled with ancient ruins and historic stone dwellings known as dammusso. You get the feeling you are somewhere lost in remote Africa, rather than on one of the most unique Italian islands.

One of the best parts of the island is that you really have no plans and are free to just relax and enjoy great conversation with friends on such a magical and secret island, far away from the hordes of tourists that visit Sicily. The island retains that untouched wildness and beauty. Nights on the island are especially magical, with some of the starriest skies you’ll ever see.

Stay in an ancient dammusi, restored to preserve the charm of these houses built according to tradition, nestled in a Mediterranean park of twelve hectares.
The gardens, the pools, the pinewoods and the palm grove offer the ideal conditions for a holiday away!

Our home for the week is a farm devoted to the production of extra virgin olive oil and sweet Zibibbo grapes, one of the most exclusive and stunning country retreats of the island.

Located in the heart of Pantelleria Island National Park, our property oversees the coastline that streches from the ancient village of Scauri to the stunning cliff of the Elephant, a place rich with caves, lava sculptures, emerald coves. The coast is dramatically beautiful with its lava and basalt rocks diving deep into the sea, remind us that we are on a volcanic island! Food, nature, wellness and pleasure for your accomodation in Pantelleria island and your Sukha Yoga Retreat.

Each room provides fine hemp linen for the bed, bathrobes and set of towels for the bathroom.
