“We both teach full time along with running the day to day operations and continue to be inspired by the path of Yoga. You can find us on the schedule most days and we’re love to make time to visit with you before or after a class. We need community more than ever and we are here to create welcoming experiences for all of us. We look forward to meeting you in studio”

Locally owned and operated by Erinn Arizcorreta and Mark Herron, Sukha Yoga opened its doors in Austin in 2015 and has grown into one of the city's longest-running and most loved yoga studios. We are a sanctuary for yoga, meditation, and deeper spiritual and self study - offered both in-person and online.

Over the past 11 years, Sukha has called several neighborhoods home across Austin. Today you'll find us in South Austin on West Oltorf, in Tarrytown ( near Lake Austin, Central, West Austin, Westlake, and Clarksville), and our cozy lightfilled studio in East Austin on MLK Jr. Blvd, within the Casa de Luz East village. Wherever we are, the heart of Sukha stays the same: a welcoming space for a diverse community to explore Yoga through Bhakti, Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Breathwork and Meditative practices. Our approach is down-to-earth and non-dogmatic. The ancient science and philosophy of Yoga is shared through a real, lived, modern-day lens.

Our curriculum honors the various lineages that have shaped our personal paths, evolving alongside our students as we deepen our collective practice. We offer both infrared heated and non-heated classes tailored to every stage of the journey, including:

Movement: Vinyasa Flow, Infrared Power Yoga, Slow Burn, Slow Flow, and Kundalini/Kriya Yoga Restoration: Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative practices Mindfulness: Pranayama Breathwork, Yoga and Buddhist Philosophy, Mantra, and Meditation

Sukha also offers 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, meditation teacher certification, specialty courses like Yin and Slow Flow, workshops, private sessions, and international retreats for students ready go deeper.

Whether you join us at a local studio or on a global retreat, Sukha Yoga is centered on connection, tradition, and the continuous evolution of the self.
