MEDITATION TRAINING 2026
The curriculum has been created for the serious and curious student. 5 Months dedicated to enhancing your life and offering you more tools to navigate and lead your own community. The course is progressive and builds on practices and teachings from mindfulness based meditation, Buddhism, breathwork, Kundalini and Kriya yoga as well as the latest in neuroscience relating to mindfulness and breathwork. A blend of extended & experiential meditation practices, lecture, discussion, reading, and individual and group offerings balance the curriculum. We focus on breathwork, mantra, silent practices, understanding subtle body anatomy, the nervous system, the spine, the brain, and the effects of the practice on our emotional and mental wellbeing.
Sukha Yoga Austin Meditation Teacher Training
This course can be a stand alone journey or as a foundation to your advanced training of 500 Hours as a current certified Yoga Teacher.

Course Structure
6-Month Journey
We meet one weekend per month for in-depth training:Fridays (Evening) — Book discussion, reflection, and peer group workSaturdays & Sundays (Full Days) — Extended practices, lecture, group dialogue, and joyful integrationIn Between Weekends:- 2 additional classes/month at Sukha (in-studio or livestream)- 1 hour/week of personal practice, reading, and reflection- Optional 40-day meditations with peer support
Bonus Certification Requirements (200-Hour)
- 40 meditation or breath-based classes with Mark or Erinn (in-studio or livestream)- These can be taken during or after the training- Includes Dharma Talks, Nervous System Reset, and Breathwork classes

Tuition & Scholarships
Tuition: $2700 (Early Rate Paid in Full)
Split Option: $1500 now / $1200 by January 1
Payment Plan: $500 deposit + 5 monthly payments ($3200 total)

Your investment in this training supports not just your growth, but future students through our scholarship fund and our community and family’s sustainability. We do not offer refunds. However, if unexpected life events arise, we will meet with you to co-create a compassionate plan, such as deferral, future credit, or alternate completion.
